The CM100DY-24A is a A-series module 100 Amperes/1200 Volts dual IGBTMOD. The CM100DY-24A is designed for use in switching applications. It consists of two IGBT Transistors in a half-bridge configuration with each transistor having a reverseconnected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. All components and interconnects of the CM100DY-24A are isolated from the heat sinking baseplate, offering simplified system assembly and thermal management.
